On Friday September 05, 2014 the proposed Raw Milk rules were published in the Illinois Register. Individuals and organizations have 45 days to make comments on these rules. Here is a link to the proposed rules with information on how to make comments.

At the IAPHA meting yesterday, we were told that IDPH's stance is that it supports some regulation of raw milk, but does not support the consumption of raw milk.

That strikes me as confusing. I am not sure the public or the raw milk providers will understand the distinction.
