Three year department approved training program within 36 months for food program.
I am in search of the IDPH document or email or memorandum that says about this three year department approved training. It is on this year's program review. Can anyone post that for all of us.

I believe there is no document that explains what is phase I,II or III and where are these department approved classes provided at, correct? Therefore, how does one know whether they meet the requirement or not? what are we looking for?
"New program staff shall complete the three-year Department-approved training program within 36 months after employment. Phase I of the training program shall be completed during the first 12 months, Phase II shall be completed within 24 months, and Phase III shall be completed within 36 months".

I Think it is specific to IDPH's specific training as it will most likely be the only one they approve,

they did have it last year but it was not mandatory. only those who took new san. last fall are required to continue with the 3 tier training.

There was a II class in October 2015 the day after the I class (New Sanitarian Training).

Was notified by Pat Welch as a follow-up to confirming myself as a speaker for I class. I had a staff member sign up in itrain.org.
