Food Code Implementation_Seeking knowledge

Items submitted to dph.food, but also I am seeking:
1. Although we have the IDPH’s Inspector’s Field Guide, do you have a website link to a “ food code” that has the combined FDA chapters, the amended IL sections, and the incorporated IL Subparts for public viewing?
2. Is there any IL uniform assignment of P/Pf/C to the amended IL sections and the incorporated IL Subparts? Is it a LHD determination?
3. Is the Field Guide missing some rules? E.g. 750.5 c)1) refers to four FDA code rules that remain applicable, yet they are not in the Field guide).
